Some issues may be resolved remotely without shipping the miner.

When physical inspection is required, we’ll provide shipping instructions.
Do not send the power supply, enclosure, fan, or accessories unless requested.

Repair cost depends on the fault, parts required, and time involved. The diagnostic fee is adjusted against the final repair bill when a quote is approved. No repairs are performed without your approval.

Honesty first
What is not guaranteed
Bitaxe repair involves small components, exposed PCBs, high-current power stages, and ASICs that can suffer permanent thermal or electrical damage. Where a repair isn’t economically reasonable, we’ll say so clearly.
Repair may be impossible when:
- PCB is severely burnt
- Multiple board layers are damaged
- ASIC is irreparably damaged
- Required components are unavailable
- Extensive corrosion is present
- Previous repair attempts damaged pads or traces
- Repair cost approaches replacement cost

Data, configuration & shipping
Data & configuration
Record your existing configuration before sending the unit. During diagnosis we may reset the device, reflash firmware, clear Wi-Fi credentials, restore defaults, or replace the controller / storage. BitAsha isn’t responsible for preserving pool credentials, Wi-Fi settings, custom firmware, or overclocking profiles.
Shipping
You’re responsible for secure packing — anti-static bag, protective padding, and a rigid outer box. No loose metal parts, batteries, or accessories unless requested. Return shipping is included in the quote. BitAsha isn’t liable for damage from inadequate packaging or in transit before arrival.
